Standard shipping within the United States costs $8, or is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping costs $15. International rates from available carriers are calculated at checkout.

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery is generally estimated at 7–21 business days. Weekends, holidays, weather, customs and carrier delays can affect these estimates.

Full-price items purchased from mellowool.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer care with your order number, item and reason before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and the correct return address.

Keep the item unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging, while your request is reviewed. Trying an item on for size is fine; please keep it free from fragrance, makeup, pet hair and other marks.

The first US size or colour exchange is free. A prepaid US return label for a refund costs $8, deducted from the refund. International customers arrange and pay for return shipping. Original expedited or international shipping charges and duties are not refundable. Mello Wool covers costs when we confirm an item is faulty or incorrect.

We will email you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may need additional processing time. Exchanges depend on current stock.

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

Knitted wool can relax slightly during wear and return toward shape after washing. Heat, friction and agitation can cause lasting shrinkage, so always follow the garment care label and reshape while damp.

Follow the sewn-in care label first. When the label allows, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle wool cycle with a mild wool-safe detergent. Separate colours and avoid bleach and fabric softener.

Do not wring or twist wet wool. Gently press out excess water, reshape the garment and dry it flat away from direct heat and strong sunlight. Avoid tumble drying unless the care label expressly allows it.

Mello Pure is 100% RWS Wool at 150 GSM. Mello Blend is 88% RWS Wool and 12% Recycled Nylon at 155 GSM. Both are lightweight fabrics used for Mello Wool T-shirts and long sleeves.

No textile can be guaranteed itch-free for everyone. Fibre diameter, yarn, fabric construction, finishing and individual skin sensitivity all influence how a garment feels.

RWS stands for Responsible Wool Standard, a voluntary Textile Exchange standard covering animal welfare, land management, social requirements and chain of custody.

Each product page lists its fabric name, fibre composition, weight and product-specific care information. The sewn-in care label is the final instruction for the garment you receive.
