Overview

These terms apply when you visit mellowool.com or purchase from Mello Wool. By using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location.

Orders, prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the storefront and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout when applicable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or an incorrect price. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Product information

We work to describe products, colours, measurements and availability accurately. Screens display colour differently, natural fibres can have minor variation, and measurements may have reasonable tolerances. Product-specific labels and care instructions take priority over general website guidance.

Acceptable use

Mello Wool owns or licenses the site content, branding, photography and design. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, but may not misuse it, interfere with its operation, copy content for commercial use, introduce malicious code or violate applicable law.

Liability and consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and Mello Wool is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
