Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the United States costs $8, or is free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping costs $15. International rates from available carriers are calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery is generally estimated at 7–21 business days. Weekends, holidays, weather, customs and carrier delays can affect these estimates.

International shipping

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available to your destination. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or carrier fees, which are not controlled by Mello Wool.

Tracking and delivery

We send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan. If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, neighbours and any safe place noted by the carrier. Some parcels are scanned shortly before arrival. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier and then email hello@mellowool.com with your order number and tracking details.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before fulfilment begins, but an address change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
